Ordering

How do I order?

Browse our WhatsApp Business catalogue to view products, prices and availability. Select your items and send us your order through WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, delivery and payment.

Lead time

Place your preorder at least 48 hours ahead. Larger orders need 4–5 days.

Can I cancel?

Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. Everything is made fresh to order.

Minimum order value is SGD 50, excluding delivery fees.

Flavours

Ragù Classico (slow-cooked beef and pork ragù, peas and mozzarella), Al Burro (ham, mozzarella and béchamel), Spinach, Mushroom, Mozzarella & Brie, and Gorgonzola Dolce, Walnut & Mozzarella.

Boxes

Box of 4 — S$34. Box of 8 — from S$68. Box of 12 — from S$102. All flavours are the same price.

Mixing flavours

Boxes of 8 and 12 can be mixed. Minimum 4 pieces per flavour.

Delivery

Delivery

Tuppo & Co is delivery only. Delivery is arranged after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. Delivery fees are quoted separately. Singapore only.

Timing

Delivery timing depends on courier availability, traffic, weather and building access.

Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact number. Tuppo & Co is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information or unavailable recipients.

Products may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and soy. Some items contain pork, beef, dairy, nuts or gluten. Prepared in a Sicilian food studio where multiple allergens are handled. Not halal certified. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.
