Tuppo & Co is a Sicilian kitchen studio built around food that travels well, feeds properly, and doesn’t need to shout. We make arancini, slow doughs, focaccia, brioche, cannoli, and small Sicilian things that belong on the table, in a box, or in someone’s hands while still warm.

Everything is made in small batches using proper ingredients, with careful timing, and respect for the recipes. We don’t try to make everything. We make a few things properly.

Our first collection is Arancini Lab, handmade Sicilian arancini designed to hold their shape, travel well, and still feel generous like Sicily, when you eat them. Brioche, cannoli, focaccia, and seasonal small-batch releases will be announced as they become available. Follow us on social media for updates.
