Orders are placed through our WhatsApp Business catalogue and confirmed on WhatsApp.
Minimum order value is SGD 50, excluding delivery fees.
48 hours advance notice is required.
Delivery charges apply.
Delivery is arranged separately.
Delivery fees are quoted when the order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact number.
Delivery timing is estimated and may be affected by third-party couriers, traffic, weather or building access.
Tuppo & Co is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information or unavailable recipients.
